Abstract:
Táto práca sa venuje problematike soft law prístupu v medzinárodne právnej regulácii klimatických zmien. Skúma využitie tohto právneho nástroja v medzinárodnom práve klimatických zmien. Hlavnými cieľmi tejto práce je posúdiť efektivitu soft law prístupu v oblasti medzinárodného práva klimatických zmien a vplyv soft law na prijatie právne záväznej Parížskej dohody o klimatických zmenách.
