Správce konkurzní podstaty je „hybatelem“ celého konkurzu. Na něm leží iniciativa k provedení všech činností, které jsou potřeba pro řádný průběh konkurzu. Hlavním úkolem konkurzu je maximální uspokojení věřitelů na základě kvalifikovaného a maximálně výnosného zpeněžení konkurzní podstaty. The bankruptcy trustee is the impetus of the whole bankruptcy. He is in charge of executing all activities, which are necessary for the proper running of the bankruptcy. The main task of the bankruptcy is to satisfy the creditors to the utmost on the basis of a qualified and maximally profitable realization of the bankruptcy assets.
