Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou vzniku vlhkosti zdiva v historických budovách a vše popisuji na konkrétním příkladu objektu, který je zasažen vlhkostí. Projevy vlhkosti jsem vyhodnotil a navrhnul patřičné konkrétní řešení na opravu se specifikací použitých stavebních materiálů a technologický přestávek. Součástí bakalářské práce je přehled negativních vlivů vlhkosti, které zasahují nejen historické budovy, ale také budovy občanské a jiné. Popisuji možnosti příčin vzniku poruch a následné metody sanace, které je možno použít. V práci je také zmíněno, jak se chovat k okolí sanované stavby. Jako konkrétní objekt jsem si zvolil pro aplikační část objekt v místě mého bydliště, tedy ve Strakonicích. V tomto bytovém domě objevily projevy vlhkosti suterénních prostorů. Hlavní příčinou byla nedostatečná údržba bytového domu v okolí polozapuštěného suterénu, zejména pak tzv. „anglických dvorků“. Vše je popsáno a znázorněno v aplikační části s návrhem řešení. Výsledky a opatření jsou shrnuty v kapitole diskuse výsledků.

Abstract:

In the bachelor’s thesis I deal with the issue of masonry moisture of historic buildings and describe it on a specific example of a building that is affected by moisture. I evaluated signs of moisture and proposed appropriate specific solution of repair with the specifications of the building materials and technological breaks. Part of the thesis is an overview of the negative effects of moisture, which affect not only historic buildings but also civil and other buildings. I describe the possibilities of the causes of failures and subsequent remediation methods that can be used. The work also describes how to deal with thesurroundings of a rehabilitated building. As a specific object for the application part of the thesis I chose a building from my hometown area – Strakonice. Signs of basement moisture appeared in this apartment building. The main cause was a lack of maintenance of the apartment building near the area of half-sunken basement, especially the so-called ‚English yards‘. Everything is described and illustrated in the application part of the thesis along with the proposed solution. Results and actions are summarized in the chapter discussion of the results.
