Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného materiálu pro návrh úložného prostoru v interiéru letadla jako sendvičového prvku. V teoretické části jsou popsány kompozitní materiály, druhy vyztužujících vláken, produkty z vláken, jádra sendvičových struktur, aplikace sendvičových konstrukcí, technologie výroby, lepení sendvičových struktur a využití kompozitních materiálů v letectví.
