Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací sledovaní toku materiálu a polotovarů ve výrobě ve společnosti Oerlikon Graziano. První část této práce poskytuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti logistiky a seznamuje čtenáře s integrovanými systémy, jako jsou MRP, MRP II nebo ERP.
