Polynenasycené mastné kyseliny (PUFA) n-3 mají pozitivní vliv na hojení ran, ale studie s nimi produkují nekonzistentní výsledky. Abstract:
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) n-3 have positive effect on a wound healing but studies with them produce inconsistent results. In this thesis, the matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI-TOF MSI) was utilized and optimized for evaluation of effect of dietary oils on cutaneous wound healing in the rat model.
