Abstract:

Anotace Název práce: Postoj sociálních pracovníků k angažovanosti ve vztahu s klienty v občanských poradnách. Autor: Marta Kupčíková Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Jiří Vander, DiS. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký postoj angažovanosti zaujímají pracovníci jak k vlastní seberealizaci, tak ke klientům, a jak tento postoj ovlivňuje vzájemnou spolupráci mezi klientem a sociálním pracovníkem. Cílem je také zjistit, jak na angažovanost sociálních pracovníků v občanské poradně nahlížejí i samotní klienti. Teoretická část práce představuje čtyři základní témata práce – zabývá se angažovaností pomáhajících pracovníků jako takovou, definuje občanské poradenství, následně se věnuje angažovanosti sociálních pracovníků v občanských poradnách a postoji obecně. Metodologická část popisuje použitou strategii kvalitativního výzkumu - polostrukturovaný rozhovor s 6 sociálními pracovníky a se 6 klienty ve 2 občanských poradnách. Získaná data jsou interpretována na základě otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Z výsledků vyplývá, že postoj k angažovanosti sociálních pracovníků v občanských poradnách se u jednotlivých sociálních pracovníků i klientů liší. Proto by v rámci supervize i dalšího vzdělávání měla být tato angažovanost reflektována, sdílena a slaďována. V závěru práce autorka podrobněji odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a uvádí doporučení pro další výzkum a praxi.

Besides this, the aim is also to monitor how social workers’ commitment affects cooperation between social workers and their clients. Another aim is to disclose how the clients perceive their social workers commitment. There are four principal topics in theoretical part. First of all it deals with social workers commitment defines Citizen Consulting, consequently it deals with self-fulfillment of social workers in Citizen Advice Bureaus and their attitude in general. In methodological part there is the strategy qualitative research described which consists of semi-structured interviews of six social workers and six clients from two Citizen Advice Bureaus. Acquired data has been interpreted on the basis on axial encoding. The results show that the attitude towards social workers commitment differs. Therefore the commitment should be within the bounds of supervisory and further social worker education concidered, shared and adjusted and coordinated. In the final part of the thesis, the main question of the research is answered in detail followed by recommendation for further research and practice.
