Interní logistika v TMMCZ se zaměřením na materiálový tok

Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací toku malých dílů v TMMCZ se zaměřením na redukci položek, které se vymykají povaze tohoto toku. Analyzuje současný stav toku dílů a vyhledává abnormality vycházející z nestandardního interního balení. Výsledkem jsou jednotlivé návrhy změn a jejich následné vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the optimization of the flow of small parts in the TMMCZ, focusing on the reduction of items that are out of character with this flow. It analyses the current condition of parts flow and looks for abnormalities arising from non-standard internal packaging. This results in individual change proposals and their subsequent evaluation.
