Abstract:

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je „Vliv životního cyklu na organizační architekturu“, zkoumanou oblastí je organizační architektura, životní cykly a jejich působení na organizační architekturu. Cílem je posoudit a analyzovat vliv životního cyklu na organizační architekturu. Popsat důsledky tohoto vlivu a ukázat případnou praktickou aplikaci výsledků. K analýze životního cyklu využívám především Greinerovy teorie, která řeší evoluci a revoluci ve vývoji organizaci a její využití. Dochází ke členění a zařazení do jednotlivých fází s krizovými přechody a řešení krizí.

Abstract:

The subject of my thesis "Influence of life cycle on organizational architecture", where the investigated field is the organizational architecture, life cycles and their effects on organizational architecture. The objective of my thesis is to consider and to analyze the life-cycle impacts on organizational architecture. To describe the consequences of this influence and show the possible practical application of the results. The life-cycle analysis usually takes care Greiner theory that addresses the evolution and revolution in the development of the organization and its use. There is a division and classification of the different stages of the crisis transitions and crisis management.
