Molecular epidemiology characteristics of bacteria of the genus Salmonella in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Disertační práce je zaměřena na typizaci humánních, animálních, potravinových i environmentálních izolátů rodu Salmonella získaných na území České republiky v letech 2011-2015. K typizaci byly použity fenotypové i genotypové metody a na základě výsledků byly popsány možné zdroje a cesty přenosu salmonelózy pro člověka.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on typing of human, animal, food and environmental isolates of Salmonella obtained in the Czech Republic in 2011-2015. Phenotypic and genotypic methods were both used, and possible sources and routes of transmission of salmonellosis for humans were described.
