Ventilation in residential buildings

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecným popsáním systémů nuceného větrání a využíváním nových technologií v této oblasti. Bakalářská práce bude rozdělená do dvou částí – teoretické části a aplikační části. Teoretická část bude obsahovat popis jednotlivých systémů nuceného větrání obytných budov včetně využití moderních technologií. Dále se bakalářská práce bude zabývat využitím výměníků zpětného získávání tepla a budou popsány jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktickou částí této práce bude návrh dvou variantních řešení nuceného větrání v rodinném domě v obci Olbramovice. Tyto varianty budou následně zhodnoceny a porovnány. Při zpracování variantních řešeních budou dodrženy normové požadavky na vnitřní prostředí objektů a budou brány v potaz i ekonomické a energetické nároky zvolených variant. Bude poukázáno na to, že díky využití rekuperačních jednotek lze docílit velmi podstatného snížení energie spotřebované na ohřívání vzduchu oproti variantě, kdy by se daný objekt větral pouze neřízeným větráním pomocí oken. Zároveň však bude upozorněno, že všechny varianty větrání nejsou vhodné pro všechny typy objektů.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with describing the general system of forced ventilation and the use of new technologies in this field. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical part and application part. The theoretical part will contain a description of the various systems of forced ventilation of residential buildings, including the use of modern technologies. Furthermore, the thesis will deal with the use of heat exchangers of heat recovery and these are described and their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part of this work will draft two alternative solutions mechanical ventilation in a family house in the village Olbramovice. These options will then be evaluated and compared. When processing alternative solutions are complied with standard requirements on indoor environment buildings and will be taken into account as well as economic and energy requirements of selected variants. It will be pointed out that through the use of heat recovery units can be achieved very substantial reduction in the energy consumed for heating the air compared to a variant, when the object should be vented only uncontrolled ventilation through windows. At the same time it is notified that all variants of ventilation are not suitable for all types of buildings.
