V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou a postupem založení podniku. V teoretické části uvádím faktory ovlivňující rozhodnutí založit podnik, volby právní formy podniku (pouze obchodní společnosti), podnikatelský plán a další kroky související se založením podniku.
