Construction law and proceedings in Pilsen in the period between 1918 - 1938.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá stavebním právem veřejným v období 1. republiky v Plzni. Pozornost je zde věnováva základním institutům stavebního práva a nastínění situace, kterou vytvořily zákony o stavebním ruchu. Pro srovnání se současným stavem jsou uvedeny I dva archivní příklady.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on public construction law in the period of the First Republic in Pilsen. Attention is paid to the fundamental institutes of construction law and to the outline of the situation that was created by construction acts. To compare the situation with the current state, two archival examples are included.
