Cílem bakalářské práce je najít příčiny úpadku konkurenceschopnosti českého mládežnického hokeje a navrhnout vhodná řešení pro zlepšení výchovy budoucích generací. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find the causes of the decline in the competitiveness of Czech youth hockey and to propose appropriate solutions to improve the education of future generations.
