Abstract:

Autorka této bakalářské práce se zabývá tématem "Event management vybrané akce", kde teoretické poznatky z této oblasti jsou aplikovány na strategickou konferenci jednatelů koncernu Krones AG. Teoretická část této práce čerpá z odborné literatury a elektronických zdrojů. Získané informace jsou následně využity a aplikovány v praktické části práce. Práce obsahuje popis problematiky eventů a event managementu, dále je v práci vytvořen projektový plán, doplněn o matici odpovědnosti a analýzu zainteresovaných osob. Projektová fáze se zabývá přípravou a realizací vybrané akce. Poprojektová fáze obsahuje návrhy na hodnocení akce a ukončení projektu.

Abstract:

The author of this bachelor thesis focuses on the topic "Event management of a selected event", where the theoretical knowledge in this area is applied to the strategic conference of the managing directors of Krones AG. The theoretical part of this thesis draws from the literature and electronic sources. The information obtained is then used and applied in the practical part of the thesis. The thesis contains a description of the topic of events and event management, and a project plan is developed in the thesis, including a responsibility matrix and a stakeholder analysis. The project phase deals with the preparation and implementation of the selected event. The post-project phase includes suggestions for evaluating the event and ending the project.
