Reconstruction and repair of the interior of a city apartment

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje interiérovému designu na příkladu skutečného bytu a popisuje proces řízení projektu v místnostech s malými okny a nedostatkem denního světla. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsána specifika návrhu bytového interiéru, provedena celková analýza současných trendů v oblasti interiérového designu, jsou určeny populární styly, materiály, barvy a nábytek používané při navrhování. Dále je proveden průzkum trendů v oblasti navrhování bytových prostorů v roce 2020 a uvedeny příklady designu jednotlivých místností. Jsou zmapovány a důkladně popsány základní fáze řízení projektu. V závěrečné kapitole jsou uvedeny fáze rekonstrukce, na které je nutné dbát během řízení projektu. Praktická část popisuje samotný proces řízení projektu při navrhování interiérového designu skutečného bytu. Obsahuje zadání klienta, řešení hlavních problematických bodů a koncepce návrhu, řešení dispozice a materiálů. Jednotlivé fáze zahrnují podrobný popis kroků, které byly provedeny pro dosažení stanovených cílů. Výsledkem této práce je projekt, který obsahuje řešení plánování a 3D vizualizaci celého bytu.

Abstract:

The goal of the diploma thesis is to consider interior design on the example of a specific apartment and describe the process of conducting a project in rooms with small windows and insufficient insolation. The work consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the specific design of residential interior, provides a general analysis of modern trends in interior design, describes popular styles, materials, colors and used furniture. The next section of the paper contains analyze and list of trends in the design of residential spaces in 2020 using examples of individual rooms in the apartment. Moreover, an equally important section of the theoretical part is the section that describes the main stages of the project and explains the content of each stage. The last section describes the stages of the apartment repair that must be considered at the time of the project execution. The practical part of the work describes the process of conducting an interior design project on the example of a specific apartment. Furthermore, next subjects will be identified and determined in this part of the paper: a task by the client, solution of the main problematic point and conception of the design, layout and materials solutions. Single stages describe the steps that were taken to achieve set goals, in more details. The result of this work is a project for redevelopment and 3D visualization of the entire apartment.
