Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou internetového obchodování. První kapitola popisuje vznik a vývoj internetových obchodů. Nastiňuje výhody i nevýhody provozování internetového obchodu a to z pohledu zákazníka i provozovatele. The bachelor work deals with the online trade´s problems. The first chapter desribes the online shops´ rise and evolution. It illustrates advantages and disadvantages of running the online shop and that´s from the customer´s view as well as from the online shop operator´s.
