SCRUM methodology for small IT projects
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptací metodiky Scrum pro malé IT projekty. V práci jsou popsány agilní metodiky vývoje, je uveden podrobný rozbor metodiky Scrum. Dále je daná metodika upravena pro malé IT projekty. Na závěr je navržen SW nástroj pro podporu metodiky SCRUM pro tento typ projektů.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis describes adaptation Scrum methodology for small IT projects. There are introduction to agile development metodologies, detailed analysis of the Scrum methodology and its adaptation for small IT projects. In conclusion of thesis, there is design of software tool to support the SCRUM methodology for this type of projects.
