Bakalářská práce se zabývá patologickými vztahy na pracovišti, a to zejména mobbingem a bossingem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na okolnosti vzniku psychoteroru v zaměstnání, na příčiny tohoto jednání, charakterizaci pachatele a oběti a možnosti prevence a obrany. The bachelor thesis deals with pathological relationships in the workplace, namely with mobbing and bossing. The theoretical part describes the circumstances of the employment´s psychological terror formation, the roots of this behaviour, characterizations of the offender and the victim, and options of prevention and defence.
