Abstract:
Cílem práce je zanalyzovat možnosti ochrany označení v pivovarnictví s důrazem na využitelnost ochranných známek v této oblasti. V práci jsou představeny ochranné známky v pivovarnictví, podrobně jsou rozebrány jejich druhy, vývoj a hodnota těchto známek jako součásti podniku. The crucial point of my thesis is to analyse the possibilities of protecting a designation in the brewing industry with emphasis on applicability of the trade marks. The paper presents the trade marks in the brewing industry, explaining their types, their development and value as a part of the asset of the company.
