Evaluation of Surface Integrity Using Different Measuring Instruments
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá bezkontaktním měřením drsnosti povrchu metodou Focus Variation. K měření bylo použito dvou mikroskopů, jeden od společnosti Alicona, druhý od společnosti Keyence. Cílem experimentů bylo hledání optimálního nastavení mikroskopů a jejich srovnání pro případný transfer měření.
Abstract:
The master's thesis deals with non-contact surface roughness measurement using the Focus Variation method. Two microscopes were used, one from Alicona and the other from Keyence. The aim of the experiments was to find the optimal setting of the microscopes and their comparison for possible transfer of measurements.
