Abstract:

Hlubším tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současného stavu ohýbací kapacitní linky ve firmě. Komparace s připraveným návrhem implementace automatizačního prvku do výrobního procesu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a aplikační. V první části se představí jednotlivé elementy potřebné pro vlastní zpracování, poté se již pomocí vícekriteriálních analýz a finančních metod pro návratnost investic ve střednědobém plánování vyhodnotí možný budoucí stav kapacitní linky. Řešením těchto otázek bude v aplikační části, důkladné zmapování investičního problému a návrh výsledné varianty se zaměřením na zvýšení efektivity výrobní kapacitní linky a sledovaných faktorů ve výrobě, z pohledu managementu, času a peněžních prostředků. Stěžejní prvky a kritéria pro tuto práci jsou, TRS (maximální výrobní kapacita), oproti DLE (lidská přidaná hodnota a náklad na práci zaměstnance) za jednotky času.

Abstract:

A deeper theme of the thesis is an assessment of the current state of the bending capacity line in the company. A compilation with a ready-made design for the implementation of an automation element into the production process. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical one and application. In the first part individual elements needed for the processing itself, then the possible future state of the capacity line is evaluated using multi-criteria analyses and financial methods for return on investment in medium-term planning. The solution to these questions will be in the application part, a thorough mapping of the investment problem and a proposal of the resulting variant, focusing on increasing the efficiency of the production capacity line and the monitored factors in production, from the point of view of management, time and money. The key elements and criteria for this work are, TRS (maximum production capacity), compared to DLE (human added value and cost of employee work) per unit of time
