Abstract:

Jedním z hlavních problémů, který je třeba vyřešit ve spojitosti s pyrolýzou plastových odpadů, je odstranění halogenovaných látek z kapalných pyrolýzních produktů. Halogeny přítomné v pyrolýzním oleji totiž způsobují nežádoucí komplikace při jeho následném rafinérském zpracování a znovuvyužití. Za účelem řešení tohoto problému byla studována dechlorace chlorovaných organických sloučenin přítomných v pyrolýzním oleji ze směsných plastů s obsahem polyvinylchloridu v reakci s vybranými katalyzátory a sorbenty. Za použití práškového zinku a železa, oxidu železitého, Raneyova niklu, hydrogenuhličitanu sodného, uhličitanu vápenatého a jednomolárního vodného roztoku hydroxidu sodného byla nejprve provedena dechlorace modelové směsi tvořené 1,2-dichlorethanem a chlorbenzenem. Reakce probíhaly při 25, 65, 200, 300 a 350 °C, vždy za přítomnosti vody. Nejlepší výsledky dechlorace této modelové směsi sloužily jako podklad pro realizaci dechlorace reálného kapalného pyrolýzního produktu. Dechlorace pyrolýzního oleje tak byla prováděna v autoklávu při 200 °C po dobu 3 h se zinkem, oxidem železitým a hydroxidem sodným. Jako nejúčinnější se při dechloraci pyrolýzního oleje ukázal roztok NaOH, s nímž bylo dosaženo 90% konverze chloru.

Abstract:

One of the main problems to be solved in connection with the pyrolysis of plastic waste is the removal of halogenated substances from liquid pyrolysis products. This is because the halogens present in the pyrolysis oil cause undesired complications in its subsequent refining and reuse. In order to solve this problem, the dechlorination of chlorinated organic compounds present in pyrolysis oil from mixed plastics containing polyvinyl chloride in reaction with selected catalysts and sorbents was studied. Using powdered zinc and iron, ferric oxide, Raney nickel, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate and one-molar aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, dechlorination of a model mixture of 1,2-dichloroethane and chlorobenzene was first performed. The reactions took place at 25, 65, 200, 300 and 350 °C, always in the presence of water. The best dechlorination results of this model mixture served as a basis for the realization of dechlorination of a real liquid pyrolysis product. The dechlorination of the pyrolysis oil was thus carried out in an autoclave at 200 °C for 3 hours with zinc, ferric oxide or sodium hydroxide. The NaOH solution, with which 90% chlorine conversion was achieved, proved to be the most effective in the dechlorination of the pyrolysis oil.
