Varietal assortments and variability in seedlings in stonecrops of the genus Hylotelephium

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývala skupinou rozchodníků, která patří v současné době do rodu Hylotelephium, kdysi patřící do velkého rodu Sedum. Zabývala se hodnocením fenotypové variability přesevů od tří matečných rostlin. Vývojem a hodnocením vybraného sortimentu rodu Hylotelephium. Úpravou a přizpůsobením standardního deskriptoru RHS pro rod Hylotelephium. Dále se zabývala použitím rostlin rodu Hylotelephium ve Středoevropském termofytiku a prověření příbuzenských vztahů pomocí molekulární metody sekvenování, a to u ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) regionů s následným přezkoumáním v databázích. Z historického dochovaného materiálu vyplývá, že nejprve došlo k zavádění do kultivace přírodních druhů a jejich nižších taxonomických jednotek (odlišnosti podle autora a doby). Z těchto kultivovaných rostlin postupně vznikly zahradnicky významné variety. Některé jsou pěstovány až do současné doby. Pro hodnocení vybraného sortimentu a přesevů byl nejprve sestavem klasifikátor pro rod Hylotelphium, jejímž základem byla Odvozená sada popisných znaků z RHS Floral Trials Committee z roku 2007. Klasifikátor byl sestaven z 53 popisných znaků. Po vizuální stránce, lze konstatovat, že většina hodnocených jedinců v daných populacích se velmi podobala svým mateřským rostlinám, jen několik málo jedinců vykazovalo odlišné parametry než matečné rostliny. Z pasportizace rodu Hylotelephium vyplývá že, byl používán ve veřejných výsadbách jak Panonského, tak i Českého termofytika. V Českém termofytiku, byly záhony dynamičtější, živější a zářivější. Výsledky fylogenetické analýzy v této práci se shodovaly se zahraničními autory: Gontcharova a Gontcharov (2006, 2007, 2009); Nikulin a kol. (2015), a to jak sestavením jednotlivých skupin, tak i v polyfylektičnosti vzniklých skupin z položek rodů Orostachys a Hylotelephium. Výsledky sekvenční podobnosti z NCBIGenBank vycházelo z vlastních získaných sekvenčních dat. Nejvyšší míru identity měla položka H. ussuriense se 100 % podobností.

Abstract:

The dissertation work dealt with a group of stonecrops that currently belong to genus Hylotelephium, once belonging to the large genus Sedum. This thesis dealt with the evaluation of the phenotypic variability of seedlings from three mother plants. Development and evaluation of a selected assortment of the genus Hylotelephium. By editing the standard RHS descriptor for genus Hylotelephium. Also, this work dealt with use of plants of the Hylotelephium genus in Central European thermophytics and the verification of kinship relationships using the molecular sequencing method for ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) regions with subsequent review in databases. From the historical materiál preserved, it follows that natural species and their lower taxonomic units (differences according to authors and times) were the fisrt introduced into cultivation. Horticulturally significant varieties gradually emerged from these cultivated plants. Some are cultivated up to the present time. For the evaluation of the selected assortment and seedlings a classifier for the genus Hylotelephium was the first compiled from 53 descriptice characters. From a visual point of view it can be stated that most of the evaluated individuals in the given populations were very similar to their mother plants, only a few individuals showed different parameters than the mother plants. It follows from the passportization of the Hylotelephium genus that it was used in public plantings of both the Czech thermophytic. In the Czech thermophytic, beds were more dynamic, more alive and brighter. The results of the phylogenetic analysis in this work agreed with foreign authors: Gontcharova a Gontcharov (2006, 2007, 2009); Nikulin a kol. (2015). Sequence similarity results from NCBIGenBank were based on self-acquired sequence data. The H. ussuriense entry had the highest degree of identity with 100% similarity.
