Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat organizaci Regionálních her Speciální olympiády v Brně, provést analýzu a vyhodnocení sportovní akce. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy managementu, zabývá se řízením dobrovolníků a historií Světového a Českého hnutí speciálních olympiád. Praktickou část tvoří popis procesu pořádání, analýza a doporučení do příštích let.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the organisation of Regional Games of Special Olympics in Brno, make an analysis and evaluation of sporting event. The theoretical part defines the terms of management, deals with the management of volunteers and the history of the Special Olympics International and Czech movement of the Special Olympics.
