The thesis is concerned with an analysis of the modern constitutionalism´s democratic dimension. It seeks an answer to a question of modern constitutionalism´s contemporary legitimacy crisis solution, in original link between classical theory of democracy by Robert Dahl and a theory of democratic constitutionalism.
