Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce analyzuje proces likvidace pojistných událostí z povinného ručení. V první části je krátce představeno pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla, díky jehož sjednání pojišťovna v případě nastání pojistné události přebírá povinnost hradit vzniklou škodu. This master thesis analyses the process of claims settlement from MTPL insurance. In the first part the MTPL insurance is brieflly introduced for as thanks to this type of insurance the insurance company is obliged to take over the responsibility to settle the Third Parties‘ claims against the insured client.
