Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce Monitoring a kontrola zaměstnanců na pracovišti z hlediska etiky se zaměřuje na aktuální problematiku kontroly a monitoringu zaměstnanců. Práce obsahuje popis jednotlivých forem kontroly a monitoringu, se kterými je v současnosti možné se na pracovišti nejčastěji setkat. Zároveň obsahuje legislativní pohled na tuto problematiku, jelikož je to oblast velmi diskutovaná se stále nejasnými východisky. Hlavní část práce se zabývá etic-kým posouzením vybraných argumentů pro a proti kontrole a monitoringu na pracovišti. Cílem práce je tyto argumenty posoudit z hlediska etiky a pokusit se vymezit hranici mezi přiměřeným a nepřiměřeným monitoringem a kontrolou zaměstnanců na pracovišti.

Abstract:

The present Bachelor’s Thesis entitled „ Monitoring and control of employees in the workplace in terms ethics“ deals with the topical issue of control and monitoring of employees. It provides a description of different forms of control and monitoring in places of work, which are currently applied. Moreover, it treats the legal perspective on this matter, since it is a frequently discussed issue with still opaque solutions. The main part of the Thesis concerns evaluation of particular pros and cons of control and monitoring in workplace from the ethical point of view. The major objective of the Thesis is to assess these arguments in terms of ethics and attempt to establish a borderline between appropriate and inappropriate monitoring and control of employees in workplace.
