Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá oddlužením ve vazbě na řešení dluhů z podnikání. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, přičemž v první kapitole je uveden výklad stěžejních pojmů jako úpadek a jeho způsoby řešení. Abstract:
The theme of this diploma thesis is discharge in relation to debts from enterprise. The diploma thesis is divided into four individual parts. In the first section important terms such as bankruptcy and its resolution are explained.
