Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá nejkritičtějšími částmi ve výrobě společnosti Hella CZ, které jsou stanoveny pomocí metodologie DMAIC. V teoretické části jsou popsána východiska, která jsou poté aplikována v praxi. Praktická část je zaměřena na definici problému, měření, analýzu, zlepšování a řízení. Thesis describes the most critical production stages of the company Hella CZ defined according to DMAIC methodology. Theoretical part describes real solutions used on the daily bases. Practical part is focused on problem definition, measurement, analyses, suggested improvement and control. Project output is the methodology aimed for the practical implementation .
