Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou autority manažera. Cílem práce je prozkoumat autoritu vedoucího pracovníka, především vytyčit klíčové faktory ovlivňující jeho autoritu a dále vymezit vlastnosti a dovednosti přispívající k vybudování této autority. The aim is to examine the managerial authority, above all to delineate the key factors influencing his authority, then to define the qualities and skills that contribute to the construction of this authority.
