Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem nepominutelného dědice a povinného dílu. Těžištěm práce je problematika hmotněprávního postavení nepominutelného dědice a jeho práva na povinný díl. This thesis deals with the institute of a forced heir and a statutory share. The focus of the work is the issue of the substantive status of a for-ced heir and his right to a statutory share.
