Code of Ethics and its Implementation Issues in a Selected Firm
Abstract:
Anotace Tématem této práce je etika a etické kodexy. V práci se zabývam vysvětlením významu etiky a etických kodexů. Účelem práce je porovnávat a analyzovat oborové a firemní etické kodexy, určit stav dokumentů v bankách. Druhým cílem práce je prozkoumat možné problemy při zavádění kodexů do praxe a navrhnout způsoby jich řešení.

Annotation The subject of this thesis are ethics and code of ethics. In my thesis I deal with explication of the importance of ethics and codes of ethics. The aim of the thesis is to compare and analyze professional and company codes of ethics, determinate position of the document in the banks.
