Cieľom práce je skúmať vývoj burzového práva, vznik burzy cenných papierov, jej fungovanie, súčasnú právnu úpravu a pravidlá obchodovania na burze s cennými papiermi. V práci využívam metódu analýzy a deskriptívnu metódu spracovania.
