Bakalářská práce se zabývá právními instituty krajní nouze a nutné obrany. V práci je obsažen historický vývoj obou institutů včetně rozborů a srovnání jejich dřívějších podob na území České republiky s podobou aktuální a dále srovnání s právními úpravami vybraných zahraničních zemí. The bachelor thesis deals with the legal institutes Extreme Duress and Necessary Defence. The thesis deals with the historical development of both institutes including the analyses and comparisons of their earlier legal forms in the Czech Republic with the present legal forms and also comparisons with the legal forms in foreign countries.
