Flexible form of employment in the company Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia s.r.o.

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na flexibilní formy zaměstnávání. V první části je charakterizována většina flexibilních forem zaměstnávání, jsou porovnány jejich výhody a nevýhody jak pro zaměstnance, tak pro zaměstnavatele. Práce se též zabývá flexibilními formami zaměstnávání v EU a jejich srovnáním s ČR. V druhé části jsou analyzovány všechny flexibilní formy zaměstnávání vyskytující se ve společnosti Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia s.r.o. Třetí část je věnována sdílení pracovního místa a rotaci práce, které by mohly být ve společnosti zavedeny jako další varianty flexibilních úvazků.

Abstract:

The work focuses on flexible forms of the employment. The first part describes the most of all flexible forms of employment and their advantages and disadvantages for both employees and employers are compared. The work also deals with flexible forms of the employment in the EU and their comparison to the Czech Republic. In the second part all flexible forms of employment occurring at Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia s.r.o. are analyzed. The third part is dedicated to job sharing and job rotation, which could be another implemented variant of flexible jobs in the company.
