Abstract:
Inzulínová rezistence neboli odolnost vůči inzulínu je porucha účinku inzulínu. Normální hladiny inzulínu způsobí nízkou inzulínovou stimulaci cílových buněk (jaterní, svalová a tuková tkáň). Příčinou inzulínové rezistence je převážně obezita, nízká fyzická aktivita, špatný životní styl či sedavé zaměstnání. Abstract:
Insulin resistance or insulin resistance is a disorder of the action of insulin. Normal insulin levels cause low insulin stimulation of target cells (liver, muscle and adipose tissue). The cause of insulin resistance is mainly obesity, low physical activity, poor lifestyle or sedentary job.
