Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diagnostiky alergických onemocnění. Vyšetření přecitlivělosti prvního typu je v praxi prováděno kožními testy a průkazem specifických IgE protilátek. Donedávna byla diagnostika prováděna pomocí alergenových extraktů z přírodních zdrojů. V současnosti je doplňována stanovením sérových IgE protilátek, namířených proti alergenovým komponentám. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focused on the modern diagnostics of allergic diseases. In the current practice the examination of the first type hypersensitivity is usually performed by the skin prick tests and by the identification of specific IgE antibodies.
