Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku reklamací. Popisuje, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje průběh reklamačního procesu ve společnosti Amphenol s využitím metody Value Stream Mapping a risk analýzy. Identifikuje slabá místa a poskytuje soubor návrhů a opatření, jejichž implementací lze docílit zefektivnění reklamačního procesu. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the issue of complaints. It describes, analyses and evaluates the process of claims in Amphenol using the Value Stream Mapping method and risk analysis. It identifies weak points and provides a set of proposals and measures, the implementation of which can be achieved by streamlining the claims process.
