Vplyv perspektív prvej a tretej osoby na morálne úvahy v profesionálnom svete.

Abstract:

Sociální shoda je obecně chápána jako fenomén, která zahrnuje změny v chování pod nátlakem vrstevníků. Máme tendence souhlasit s ostatními s cílem zůstat členem skupiny. Tlak členů skupiny nás mnohonásobně nutí zapadat právě do této skupiny, abychom mohli dohlížet na zjevná fakta a často tak překročit své morální hodnoty. Na základě experimentu Šalamouna Ascha, kde použil různé motody k testování shody ve skupině, jsem provedla experiment motivovaný jeho přístupem. Průběh experimentu probíhal v prostředí Vysoké Školy. Cílem experimentu bylo identifikovat rozsah shody, která se vyskytuje, když je skupina pod tlakem, použitím nemorálně orientovaných otázek a následně manipulovaných odpovědí. Odpovědi byly shromážděny pomcí dotazníku s využitích jednoduchých povídek s nemorálně orientovaným obsahem. Manipulace s odpověďmi skupiny byly vytvořeny vlastním tlakem skupiny, která nakonec pochybovala o skutečných a důvěryhodných odpovědích. Výsledky tohoto dotazníku ukázaly 40% pravděpodobnosti účinku. Další zajímavá skutečnost byla pozorována u otázky číslo 6, která nevykazovala žádnou námahu. Probíhající rozsah shody je zobrazen a vysvětlen v podrobném vysvětlení výsledků. Motivací tohoto příspěvku bylo zajímavé zjištění, Aschův experiment a snaha o hledání podrobnějších informací a důvodů, proč mají lidé tendenci se přizpůsobovat skupinovému prostředí.

Abstract:

Social conformity is generally understood as a phenomenon that involves behavioural changes under peer pressure. We tend to agree with others with the goal of becomming and remaining a part of the group. By trying to fit in, the pressure of the group members will many times force us to oversee obvious facts and often cross our own moral boundaries. Based on the experiment of Solomon Asch, where he used various lines to test the conformity in the group, I conducted an experiment motivated by his approach. The course of the experiment was demonstrated in a college environment. The experiment was aimed to identify the scope of the conformity occurring when being under the group pressure by using immorally oriented questions and manipulated answers. Answers were collected via a questionnaire using simple short stories with immorally oriented content. By manipulating the answers of the group, peer pressure was created by doubting the real answer with confidence. The results had shown 40% probability of the effect. Another interesting fact was observed, and that was about question number 6. This question showed no exertion. The range of conformity that is occurring is discussed and displayed in a detailed explanation of the results. The motivation of this paper was the interesting findings collected by Asch's experiment and aspiration for seeking more details and reasons why people tend to conform in the group setting when under peer pressure.
