Possibilities of Statistical Evaluation of Hybrid Parameters of Surfaces Obtained by Unconventional Technology

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti statistického hodnocení heterogenního povrchu získaného obráběním laserového paprsku. Teoretická část je orientována na pochopení principů nekonvenčních technologií a vyzdvižení efektivnosti a jiných kladných vlastností při obrábění. V této části jsou také popsány vlastnosti a vysvětlen charakteristický vznik heterogenního povrchu. Cílem této práce bylo zaměření na progresivní hodnocení drsnosti heterogenního povrchu. K tomu byly vybrány frekvenční a hybridní parametry popisující jakost povrchu. V experimentální části je popsán postup statistického hodnocení naměřených dat, který zahrnuje popis samotného měření na bezkontaktním profilometru Talysurf CLI 500 a práci s daty. Výsledkem diplomové práce je charakterizace povrchu pomocí vybraných parametrů a nalezení funkční závislosti k popisu drsnosti heterogenního povrchu s využitím regresní analýzy.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focuses on the possibilities of statistical evaluation of heterogeneous surface obtained by laser beam machining. The theoretical part is oriented towards understanding the principles of unconventional technologies and highlighting the efficiency and other positive features in machining. Properties and the characteristic formation of heterogeneous surface is also explained in this section. The aim of this work was to focus on the progressive evaluation of the roughness of the heterogeneous surface. For this purpose, frequency and hybrid parameters describing the surface quality were selected. In the experimental part, the procedure for the statistical evaluation of the measured data is described, which includes a description of the actual measurement on a non-contact profilometer Talysurf CLI 500 and data work. The result of the thesis is the characterization of the surface using selected parameters and finding a functional dependence to describe the roughness of a heterogeneous surface using regression analysis.
