Předmětem bakalářské práce je výběr nejvhodnější formy podnikání z hlediska celkového zatížení. Teoretická část práce se nejprve věnuje vymezení pojmů souvisejících s předmětem práce. V práci je vysvětleno, jakým způsobem se stanoví základ daně a následná daňová povinnost rozdílných forem podnikání. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the selection of the most suitable form of business from the point of view of overall burden. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms related to the subject of the thesis.
