Diplomová práce obsahuje dva významné výzkumy. A to jednak testování výsledků nákladů na vlastní kapitál používané v praxi s výsledky stanovenými na základě dvou odlišných teoretických východisek a to modifikované metody CAPM a následně ratingového modelu. This theses covers two important areas of research. The initial research includes the testing of results of the costs on own capital applied in practice with the results specified on the basis of two different theoretical grounds such as a modified CAPM method and consequently the rating model.
