Prediction of the Surface Roughness Parameters at the Grinding With the use of the Statistical Methods

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá predikcí parametrů drsnosti povrchu s využitím statistických metod, především regresní analýzy. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika statistiky, základy technologie broušení a měření drsnosti povrchu. V praktické části je popsáno měření parametru drsnosti povrchu Ra a následné statistické vyhodnocení naměřených dat. Na základě naměřeného parametru drsnosti povrchu a s využitím statistických metod je vytvořen systém dat. Tento systém je v mezích platnosti regresní analýzy schopen určit hodnotu zvoleného parametru drsnosti povrchu i při hodnotách technologických podmínek, při nichž nebylo měření prováděno.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the prediction of the parameters of the surface roughness under the use of the statistical methods, especially regressive analysis. The theoretical part nears the problematic of statistics, principles of grinding and measuring of surface roughness. The practical part describes measuring of surface roughness parameter Ra and subsequent statistical evaluation of the data measured. A system of the data is created based on the measured surface roughness parameter and when the statistical methods in use. Within the bounds of validity of regressive analysis, this system is capable of fixing the value of the surface roughness parameter chosen even at the values of technological conditions that the measuring has not been carried out at.
