Abstract:
Schopnost indukovat tvorbu novách cév (angiogeneze) patří mezi klíčové vlastnosti solidních nádorů, která je nezbytná pro růst a metastatickou aktivitu. CD105 protein (endoglin) patří mezi membránové receptory transformujícího růstového faktoru β. Jeho exprese je zvýšená u aktivně proliferujících endoteliálních buněk. The ability to induce forming of new vessels (angiogenesis) is one of the key characteristics of solid tumors and it is essential for growth and metastatic activity. The CD105 protein (endoglin) is one of the membrane receptor for transforming growth factor β. Its expression is increased in proliferation active endothelial cells.
