Abstract:
Kináza haspin je jedním z proteinů patřících do skupiny mitotických kináz. Prostřednictvím fosforylace histonu H3 se podílí na průběhu buněčného dělení. Nedostatečná aktivita této kinázy může dělení buněk zastavit nebo zpomalit, nadměrná aktivita jej naopak může výrazně urychlovat. Abstract:
The haspin kinase is one of the proteins belonging into the mitotic kinase group. Through the phosphorylation of histone H3, the haspin kinase participates in the cell division process. Low activity of this kinase can slow down or stop the cell division; on the other hand, haspin overactivation can enhance it excessively.
