Tato bakalářská práce je v souladu s metodickými pokyny rozdělena na tří částí. V první, teoretické části, zahrnuje zobecnění problematiky energetické náročnosti budov. Cílem je identifikovat jednotlivé faktory, které mohou být zohledněny při oceňování staveb.
