Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou svolení poškozeného jako okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost. Práce je členěna na pět kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost obecně a stručně představuje okolnosti uvedené v zákoně i okolnosti využívané pouze v praxi. This diploma thesis concerns the topic of the agreement of injured as a circumstance avoiding illegality. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first part determines circumstances avoiding illegality in general terms and briefly describes circumstances mentioned in legislation as well as those utilized only in practice.
