Cílem této diplomové práce je podat ucelený přehled o využití psa v reflexi právní regulace. Na úvod do problematiky jsou uvedena základní východiska. The main object of the thesis is to give a comprehensive overview use of a dog in the reflection of legal regulation. The fundamental bases are introduced in the beginning of the thesis.
