Cílem diplomové práce "Řešení problematiky upotřebených jedlých olejů a tuků v malých obcích" je identifikovat efektivní způsoby, jak malé obce zabezpečují oddělený sběr odpadních jedlých olejů a tuků, včetně zhodnocení přínosů a nákladů zavedení těchto opatření ze strany obce. The goal of the dissertation thesis "Solutions for utilizing waste cooking oils and fats in small municipalities" is to identify effective ways for small municipalities to ensure separate collection of waste cooking oils and fats, including evaluation of benefits and costs of implementing these measures by the municipality.
